Agriculture and Allied Sector Rejuvenation (RAFTAAR), is the first National Agricultural Development Plan. The National Agricultural Development Program is the Central Assistance Agricultural Scheme, launched by the Government of India in August 2007 as the 11th Five-Year Plan.
