NEET UG Admission Exam Form Code Wise Eligibility

UG NEET Code 01:- The candidate who has appeared in the 12th class in the qualifying examination 2016 whose result is awaited can apply and appear in the said examination, but those candidate will not be eligible for admission in MBBS or BDS, if he does not Qualify in the qualifying examination with the required passing percentage of marks at the time of first round of counselling.

UG NEET Code 02:- Higher/Senior Secondary Examination and Indian School Certificate Examination which is equivalent to 10+2 examination after 12 years of study, Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology (which includes practical tests in the last two years of this study). as prescribed by the National Council of Educational Research and Training after the introduction of 10+2+3.

UG NEET Code 03:- Intermediate/Pre-Degree Examination in Science of Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Bio-Technology from an Indian University of a Board or other recognized University Examination Body (These subjects shall consist of practical examination).

UG NEET Code 04:- Pre-Professional or Pre-Medical Examination with Physics/Chemistry/Biology and Bio-Technology and English after passing Higher Secondary Examination or Pre-University equivalent examination. The Pre-Professional and Pre-Medical examination will consist of practical examination in these subjects and also English as a compulsory subject.

UG NEET Code 05:- The first year of the three years’ degree course of a recognized University with Physics, Chemistry and Biology or Bio-technology including practical tests in these subjects provided the examination is a University Examination and candidate has passed the earlier qualifying examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-Technology with English at a level not less than a core course.

UG NEET Code 06:- B.Sc. examination of an Indian University provided he/she has passed B.Sc. examination with at least two of the subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany, Zoology)/ Bio-technology and further he/she has passed Physics, Chemistry , passed the earlier qualifying examination with Biology and English.

UG NEET Code 07:- Any other examination which is found to be equivalent to Intermediate Science Examination in scope and standard (last 02 years of 10+2 study consisting of Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-Technology; which shall include practical examination in these subjects). Indian University/Board taking Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology including practical test in each of these subjects and English. Provided that in order to be eligible for the competitive entrance examination, a candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations mentioned above or must have appeared in the qualifying examination in 2016. Provided that in order to be eligible for the competitive entrance examination a candidate must have passed in the following subjects Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and in the qualifying examination as Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Bio-technology Must have secured a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate as mentioned in clause (2) of Regulation 4 on Graduation. Medical Education 1997 and above should appear in the merit list of All India Pre-Medical/Pre-Dental Entrance Test (AIPMT) for admission to MBBS/BDS courses.
