Steps by steps online apply process
For this examination, all the information for registration will have to be filled by the correct candidate in the application form appearing on the computer screen under Step-1. While registering the candidates, keep in mind that they have their own email ID. and Mobile No. Yes, because the information related to registration is available with the same email ID and Mobile No. will be sent on Simultaneously, the candidate will receive an SMS. An Activation Code will be sent in the received email and sms. Which the candidates will use to activate their account. To activate the candidate’s account, click on the Activate Your Account button and enter your email ID and Activation Code received. After entering, click on submit button. After the account is activated, the candidate clicks on the Sign In button and complete the further process by signing in by entering his Email ID and Password, the password entered in the application form. Keep it confidential, otherwise the board will not be responsible for any kind of trouble. The email ID given by the candidate will be their User Name.
Step-Two (Personal Information):-
After successfully registering and activating your account and signing in to your account again, completely fill the required entries related to Personal Information on the computer screen and Save & Continue Click on the button.
Step-3 (Upload Photo & Signature):-
After filling the personal information, the candidate should scan his high contrast color passport size photograph and his signature in Hindi and English as per the instructions given in the computer screen and upload the photo with placard. It is necessary to use the photograph (on which the name of the applicant and the date of photographing) is mentioned. After uploading the photo and signature at
the designated place, click on the Save & Continue button
Step-Four (Educational Information):-
After uploading the scanned photograph and signature, the candidate has to fill the educational qualification information as required on the computer screen and click on the Save & Continue button.
Step-Five (Preview your Application):
After filling the educational information, candidates should check the information given by them thoroughly. If the information given in Step Two, Step-3 and Step-Four is found to be wrong in the course of investigation, then the candidate can back to edit that information.
Correct your information by clicking on the button and click on the Submit & Continue button, so that the information given by you can be updated again.
Step-Six (Payment of Examination Fee):-
After seeing the preview of all the entries filled by the candidate, after submitting, click on the Proceed to Payment button and make payment as per the instructions to pay the examination fee on the computer screen. complete the process. The deposited examination fee will not be refunded.
Following are the two procedures for depositing the examination fee:-
1:- Payment through Bank Challan: If the candidates want to deposit the examination fee through Bank Challan, then they can download their Challan by selecting the Offline / NEFT Challan Option from the Payment Mode displayed on the computer screen and take out the print and any You can also pay through NEFT by visiting the bank till the due date. This process may take approximately 1 (one) hour to update. If their payment is not updated then they should wait for at least 24 hours. If still the payment update is not done, then contact the board office before the due date. On depositing the examination fee through challan, the additional amount (Processing Charge) will have to be paid by the candidate only.
2:- Online Payment: If the candidates want to pay the examination fee online such as through credit card or debit card or net banking, then they select the online option from the payment mode displayed on the computer screen The candidate will have to pay the additional amount (Processing Charge) on depositing the examination fee through tax credit or debit card or net banking.
3:- The necessary details related to the payment of examination fee by the above methods are as follows:-
Candidates who belong to General / Backward Classes / Extremely Backward Classes will have to pay Rs 750/- (seven hundred and fifty) as examination fee. Whereas the examination fee for SC / ST category is Rs.100/- (One Hundred) and for Disabled. 430/- (Rupees four hundred and thirty) for the candidates will have to be paid as examination fee.
Step Seven (Download Part-A & Part-B):-
After making the payment by the date and time fixed by the board, the candidates can download the hard copy (Part A and Part-B) of the filled application form and take the print out and keep it safe with you. Take it because all the entries filled by you and the Registration No. provided by the board. Which can be used by you at the time of counseling or in future.
Note More Information:-
(a) There is no need to send the hard copy (Part-A and Part-B) of the downloaded application form to the Board office. It will be mandatory to provide this form to the board at the time of counselling, so the candidate should keep this form safe.
(b) After completing all the above procedures, there is no provision for change / modification in the application form after finally submitting the online application form.
(C) Candidates may kindly note that after the submission of the Application Form, it can neither be withdrawn nor the request for refund of the deposited examination fee will be accepted.
(d) shall not be liable for internet or postal or banking interference. So the candidates will not wait for the last dates and before that all the process will be completed.
1:- If the candidate comes to know after filling the online application form that there has been a mistake in uploading any information/photo/signature in filling the application form, then the chance to edit it to rectify it from 10.08.2021 to 12.08.2021. will be given.
2:- Edit in the Online Application Form can be done by only those candidates who have submitted their application till the prescribed date.
3:- The online application form has been completely filled and successfully deposited the examination fee.
4: – To make corrections in your Online Application Form, the candidates can go to the home page of the application and click on the Sign In button, enter their email ID and password and click on the Submit button.
5:- Login to the account and make necessary corrections and click on the Submit & Continue button, so that the entries you have edited can be updated and again keep the hard copy of the edited application form with you!
